Con oltre dieci anni di esperienza nel settore, Federica ha fatto degli eventi la sua professione e la sua passione. Dalla creatività della progettazione all’attenzione per la logistica e al coordinamento dello staff, cura ogni dettaglio, dando vita a esperienze che spaziano da eventi luxury tailor made e viaggi incentive fino a grandi manifestazioni con migliaia di partecipanti. Il suo percorso professionale si è sviluppato tra realtà creative e financial services, fino ad approdare nel 2019 in Prima Assicurazioni, leader in Italia nel settore delle assicurazioni motor online, dove oggi ricopre il ruolo di Events Manager.
